Report to : Project Manager
Lead : Researcher
Main objectives and tasks:
- Direct search skills to pro-actively source candidates;
- Utilize Bilast’s database and network for sourcing candidates;
- Write and place appropriate candidate advertising;
- Candidate interviewing skills to determine basic suitability of candidates for further consideration in the hiring process;
- Conduct proper Needs Analysis Profiles on all positions;
- Write job descriptions which accurately reflect the needs of the position;
- Recruitment advertising (research suitable media and write and place adverts in line with client requirements and policies), screen inbound CVs and arrange interviews with internal HR staff and line managers;
- Report the recruiting status regularly to ensure efficiency of work;
- Assist in the induction and retention program for new client employees, including arranging health checks and signing of employment contracts;
- Manage client and candidate interviews and handle candidate concerns;
- Provide a minimum number of qualified candidates for each position.
Candidate specifications:
- Excellent oral and written English language skills, must be able to communicate efficiently;
- Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy;
- Team player, fast learner;
- Detail-orientated and proactive;
- Lateral thinking;
- Recruiter experience, a bonus; however solid industry experience, especially from the following industries, is of particular interest: IT/Telecom; Healthcare; Finance and Industry.
